Before we work together please take a moment to read the terms of service for full itinerary services below
1.Every client is required to sign a contract before we begin working together.
2. Every client is required to pay at least 75% of the total planning fee upfront. The initial planning fee payment and contract are both due at the beginning of our engagement.
3. The balance of the Planning Fee is due when the itinerary is completed and booking options have been presented to client.
4. Once the itinerary is completed, client is not required to book with NotesbyNikol, however NotesbyNikol can not guarantee that client will be able to receive the same availability, pricing, perks or benefits advertised in the itinerary because those are tied to NotesbyNikol’s IATA number and Travel Agency partnerships.
5. NotesbyNikol is NOT in the business of providing quotes, pricing, or itineraries for anyone unless they are a contracted client with our agency. As much as I like to help people "get a sense" of what something might cost, this is not a travel search engine. I am happy to spend dedicated time making sure your trip exceeds your expectations, this is something that a online travel agency like Expedia, Travelocity, or Booking.com simply cannot provide.
